The allocation process for the 197 completed housing units in the Mihrihatun and Bahçelievler neighborhoods of Kargı district in Çorum, as part of the 3rd phase project, has been finalized. The housing units were determined through a lottery conducted by TOKİ (Housing Development Administration of Turkey).
The project includes a total of 197 housing units: 143 2+1 and 54 3+1 apartments. A lottery was held among the 192 previously identified eligible individuals, without differentiating between housing types. This officially finalized which block and apartment each citizen will reside in.
